Materials that are available in the transport vehicle but cannot be defined as an asset are recorded using the Parts option. The Parts option is located under the Attached Records option of the Transport Vehicles browser.
Material Code | The code of the transport vehicle part. The existing materials are listed and the related material definition is selected. |
Material Description | The description of the transport vehicle part. The description is transferred into this field when the material code is entered. Material definitions can also be accessed and selected on this field. |
Available Quantity | The number of vehicle parts related to the transport vehicle. |
Unit | Unit value by which the related part will be processed. |
