This window is used to enter counter information of the project activities. Actual Counter Transactions option is in Project Activity window > Attached Records menu. Counter transactions are entered collectively for resources of Asset type that are defined for the activities.
This window has two panes. On the left, activities to which resources of Asset type are assigned and related assets are listed. On the right pane, counter transactions that are related to these assets are listed, or you can make new entries.
Activity and Resources | Project activities, which are assigned resources of Asset type, and related assets are listed in this section. |
Counter Transactions | Transactions of the specified counter are entered. |
Counter Code / Description | A counter is selected from the counters that are defined for the asset. |
Date | Date information of the counter transaction is entered. |
Beginning / End Value | Start and end values of the counter are specified. |
Actual Counter Increase | It shows actual counter increase that is calculated over the specified beginning and end values. |
After specifying actual counter transactions and clicking Apply button, Last Value information is updated in Asset Counter information. Anchor
