The following information has been added with Add option in Project Additional Info list:
Code | The code of the project additional info. It is an alphanumeric field that is 30 character long. |
Description | The definition or description of the project additional info. |
Type | The type of project additional info. The options are:

Aux. Code | A secondary coding field that is used to group project additional info. It is an alphanumeric field that is 10-character long. Auxiliary Code is used to group project additional info by company specific criteria. It is also used to process information that is not found in project requirement card, but requested to enter. |
Auth. Code | Used for detailed authorization definition. It is 10 characters long. There are records, which users should be able to use within the scope of their work definition. Planning is required for the detailed authorization definition. Firstly, the project additional info that is accessed and processed by the user or user groups should be determined. Then, different authorization codes should be given to project additional info for each authorization group. Users will be able to access and process the templates only if logged in with the specified authorization code. |

Select From List
Select from List is used to define the related project additional info values in a list and select value from the defined list. The information to be recorded by selecting from list is as follows:
Value | The value of the project additional info. It is automatically increased by program and unchangeable. |
Description | The name or description of the project additional info. The name in other languages can be entered via the list accessed through |
Picture | The picture of the project additional info. Selected from the picture files accessed through |

Value Range
A value range is specified for a project additional info in Value Range (e.g. between 90cm and 180 cm) or this can be an increase value. The increase value specifies the valid value list between the related value range exactly (e.g. 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180 (increase=10)). The information to be recorded with Value Range is as follows:
Start Value | The minimum value for the project additional info. |
End Value | The maximum value for the project additional info. |
Increase Value | The increase value for the project additional info for each record. |
Exceptions | Used to write the values found between the specified start and end values, but not to be used. The exception values are removed from the specified value range. The values to be invalid are entered in the field by seperating by semicolon. |

The project additional info in the Date/Time type is recorded by selecting Date/Time in the type field. The start and end dates of the value are recorded in the related fields.Anchor
Text
Text option is used in the type field in the definition if a default information is used as the value of the project additional info. The information to be used as project additional info is recorded in Default field under Text.
