Code

The record code of the bond. Code is a mandatory field.

Description

The name or description of the bond.

Issue Date

Shows when bond is issued.

Auxiliary Code

Auxiliary code is used to group bond records by company-specific criteria. It is also used as a filter in reports.

Authorization Code

Authorization code is used for detailed authorization definition. Each user can work on different records depending on their scope of permission. Slip is encrypted by the code entered in Auth. Code field, and users who log into the application with the specified authorization code can reach and work on this definition only.

Document Number

Refers to the document number of the bond.

Org. Unit

The organizational unit of the bond. The existing organizational units are listed and the relevant definition is selected.

Distribution Template

Used to establish distribution template connection over the defined bond records. Account Distribution Templates browser opens by clicking browse button in Distribution Template field. According to your selection, the relevant template code and description appear in Bond definition form. Analysis dimension details which are defined in the selected distribution template are transferred to the payment and collection transactions (generated in relation to the Bond) by default.
After selecting "Make Bond Collection" option, system generates a bank slip of Collection type. Analysis details of the distribution template that is selected in Bond definition are transferred to this bank collection slip's analysis detail lines.

Credit Info


Start Date

The start date of the bond.

Due Date

Shows when the bond will be closed. While system is generating planned payments related to the bond, it gives priority to due date over the number of installments. If due date is not specified, then due date is calculated depending on the number of installments, period unit and fixed period values and then the result is transferred to the due date field.

Start Date = 01/01/2014
Period Unit = Month
Fixed Period = 1
Payment Type = If it is Fixed Installment, the last planned payment date is calculated as "April 1, 2014" by the system.

Amount

The amount of bond that is issued.

Number of Installments

The number of installments is entered.

Period Unit

The options are Day, Month and Year.

Fixed Period

Installment payment duration is calculated with the period value entered in this field.

Reporting Currency

Reporting currency of Bond. Daily Exchange Rates browser opens by clicking Image Modified button in Exchange Rate field and the relevant exchange rate is selected. The amount is shown in Total field in the currency type that is defined in company definition, and it cannot be changed.

Coupon Interest

It is the interest amount that is written on the bond and paid in specific periods. Coupon interest information is shown in Rate and Amount fields. Coupon interest rate is determined by the current interest rates in the market. However coupon interest remains fixed as the market interest rates change in time.

Account Info


Bank Code

Bank code of the account selected in account code field. This field cannot be entered directly. The bank code of the account selected in account code field is transferred into this field.

Bank Name

Bank name of the account selected in account code field. This field cannot be entered directly. The bank name of the account selected in account code field is transferred into this field.

Account Code

The bank account code of the Bond record.

Account Name

The bank account name of the Bond record. When account code field is entered, account name is transferred into this field. However it is also possible to select the relevant definition by listing the existing accounts from the Account Name field.

IBAN

It is the Bank Account IBAN number.

AR/AP

AR/AP bank information which will be used in collecting bond amount and paying bond installments is entered under this heading. Account Code field opens Bank Accounts browser where a bank account of AR/AP type is selected.
