The Add Revision (Configuration) option for the order slips is located in the F9 menu of the materials for Finished Good, Semi-finished Good, Mixed Case, Material Class Details and Material Class With Table Details. The Add Revision (Configuration) option located on the sals sales order slips is used to make updates on a bill of materials according to the needs of customer and to generate a specific bill of material.
Product Code/Description: The material code / description to add revision in the order line, and this cannot be changed.
Variant Code/Description: The variant code / description of the material to add revision in the order line, and this can be changed.
Quantity: The quantity information of the material to add revision. The quantity on the line is displayed as default, however this can be changed.
Unit Price: Used to determine how the unit price of the material to add revision will be calculated over. It offers the options From First Purchase, From First Sales, From Last Purchase and From Last Sales.
BOM Info
Bill of Materials Code/Description: BOM code of the material in the order line. Selection is made by accessing the BOM list.
Revision Code/Description: BOM revision code of the material in the order line. This can be changed by accessing the BOM revisions.
Semi-products Will Be Processed: Used to process the semi-products.
Will Open By Using Wizard: If marked, the properties of the materials on the BOM lines are opened one by one.
BOM Barcode Entry: Located in the F9 menu of the Add Revision window. The barcode information of the relevant configuration is entered.
Configuration Window
When you select the "Will Open By Using Wizard" option, the Configuration window is displayed.
The configuration window ensures the determination of the property values of the tree structure and lists by showing the product tree structure.The sales order and demand slip can be accessed by the "Add Revision" option on the F9 menu.
It consists of three sections.The left part shows the area where the BOM tree structure is displayed.The upper section shows the area where the selected properties are displayed.In the lower part, the product and the selected variants, the quantity and the unit price are displayed.
The BOM of the selected material on the order or demand slip line is processed and displayed on the tree structure.The property for each line of the BOM can be specified.
Select Variant (Configuration): The input materials are located in the F9 menu as they are configurable. The properties of the material in the line are listed and variant selection is made. The properties are displayed as selected if the variant formula is used in the BOM lines; otherwise the properties are not displayed as selected. If there is a BOM for the material of which the property value is selected in the BOM line when "Select" is clicked on the variants window, a revision line is created for such. And, a revision for the product is created.
Engineering change number, resource type, resource slip number and resource AR/AP fields are displayed as entered on the BOM revision list.
Print Barcode: Used to print the barcode of configuration.
Properties Will Be Shown In Detail: This field should be marked if if all selected properties are required to be listed on one page.
Export Product Tree To Excel: Used to import BOM to Excel as hierarchical product structure.
Wizard: When the wizard button on the Configuration window is clicked, the main product properties are opened one by one according to the product tree structure and the configurable material is selected.When "OK" is selected for the question "Do you want to perform automatic variant selection?", it is ensured that the properties of the lines that use the variant formula in the BOM lines are generated according to the variant formula.Continuing with "Cancel" prevents the generation of the properties of the lines using the variant formula according to the variant formula, all properties are displayed on the window one by one.
