The option is used to track all sales activities of the salesperson and to record the sales opportunities and detailed customer information. The option is located in the Sales Proposal Management System menu of the Sales and Distribution module.
My Sales Activities window containing the sales opportunities and activities based on salesperson consist of the following sections:

  • Customers
  • Agenda
  • Address Book

 

Customers: The option used to specify the customers for whom the sales activities and opportunities will be recorded. All defined customers are listed when the customers option is clicked.

Address Book: The option providing access to the Contacts list recorded on the Customers/Groups option, and the special day information.
