The option is used to track all sales activities of the company, and to record the sales opportunities and detailed customer information. The option is located in the Sales Proposal Management System menu of the Sales and Distribution module. All sales opportunities and activities can be accessed from the Sales Activities window regardless of the salesperson reference.
