Transactions: Transactions menu is used to record usage and replacement transactions of the assets. 

Asset Demands: The option used to record usage demand information for movable and immovable assets.
Asset Transactions: The option used to record usage information for movable and immovable assets.
Asset Count Transactions: The section used to record asset count transactions.
Operations: Operations menu options are used to record depreciation calculation and parameter update transactions.
Batch Depreciation / Revaluation Calculations: The option used to perform depreciation and revaluation calculations for movable and immovable assets.
Update Depreciation Parameters: The option used to update depreciation parameters.
Asset Count Transaction: Used to record asset operations.
Depreciation Close: Used to transfer fixed asset values corrected by inflation accounting to the standard depreciation table.
Undo Depreciation Close: Used to cancel depreciation closing transactions.
Asset Standard Cost Update: Used to update standard cost information specified for the assets.
Batch Asset Card Generation: Used to generate bulk Asset cards automatically.

Parameters Affecting Asset Management

Asset Management parameters and defaults are used to enter information that the user wants to be displayed by default in cards and slips , and to record necessary controls and their methods. This option is located under the Asset Management menu in System Settings module > Defaults and Parameters > General > Default Values and Parameters window.
