The sales opportunity status changes are performed using the Status Info option located in the right mouse button menu of the sales opportunities list. The status info that can be selected for the sales opportunity depending on the sales activities performed are as follows:

  • Opportunity
  • Analyzing
  • Potential
  • Interviewing
  • Waiting
  • Proposal
  • Contract
  • Cancel
  • In Force
  • CompletedCompleted

The points to consider for changing the status are as follows:

  • Only the opportunities that have a contract of which the approval info is recorded as "Approved" can be set as "In Force".
  • Only the opportunities with "In Force" status can be stated as "Completed". 
  • The LOGO application does not control other status changes.
  • When the status of the sales opportunity is "Proposal", new proposals can be added, and the existing proposals can be changed, deleted, copied or reviewed. In proposal addition and copying operations, if the opportunity attempted to be copied is not in the proposal status, the LOGO application warns the user with the "Proposal activity can be added/copied for opportunities in proposal status. Do you want to continue?" message.
  • When the status of the sales opportunity is "Contract", new contracts can be added, and the existing proposals can be changed, deleted, copied or a contract can be generated from the proposal. In contract addition and copying operations, if the opportunity attempted to be copied is not in the contract status, the LOGO application warns the user with "Contract activity can be added/copied for opportunities in contract status. Do you want to continue?" message.
