Asset transactions refer to all operations from commissioning of the asset to the removal of the asset from the company. The option is located under the Transactions menu of the Asset Management. Asset usage info is recorded by selecting a transaction type. The buttons of the Usage Transactions list, and the options of the Related Records, Record Info and right click menu are used to add transactions or to modify existing definitions.

| Copy | Used to copy definition information into a blank card. Used for quick data entry. |
Change Status | Used to change the status of assignment slips. |
Refresh | Used to refresh the Asset Transactions browser. |
Used to print asset transactions in label form. |

G/L Slip (Main Chart of Accounts) | Used to access the G/L Slip generated for the main chart of accounts of the asset transactions. |
G/L Slip (Second Chart of Accounts) | Used to access the G/L Slip generated for the second chart of accounts of the asset transactions. |
G/L Slip (Third Chart of Accounts) | Used to access the G/L Slip generated for the third chart of accounts of the asset transactions. |
Material Slip | Used to view Commissioning and Decommissioning slips generated as the result of in-company transactions of the material related assets. |
Document Catalog | Used to record documents of the demand record. |

Record Info | Displays the time and the user of the first registry and the last modification of the asset transaction record. |
Record History | Used to list and view system log records. |
