The report can be sent via e-mail to requested recipients using the E-Mail option and the size of the report can be set by clicking the Zoom icon or by manually entering a rate.

The Show/Hide Margins options of the right mouse button menu are used to hide or show the page margins.

Saving the Report

In the LOGO applications, the report can be saved and displayed on the screen, printed or sent to relevant people via e-mail. An organized report archive can be established to access the past reports using the report saving feature, without the need of generating the same report over and over again. Such an archive prevents the loss of time and user errors.

The "Save" option located in the report window is used to save a report for which the filter conditions and column headings are specified. The report is displayed on the screen, named and saved using the "Save" button. The saved reports are kept on files with LVF extension.

The saved file is opened with Lrviewer and printed using the selected report unit.
