The Operation Completion transaction located in the F9/right mouse button menu of work orders is used to specify the quantity of materials available to produce the main product coming from the previous operation in operations to be subsequently performed within the production order, in other words the quantity of materials to be used in the next operation. The materials to be used in the next operation are specified based on the materials used in the previous operation. No transaction is performed in other operations for scrap materials. Materials coming from the previous work order are processed in the next work order by processing the previous operation connections. The quantity of the work order is determined after this evaluation.

In short, the quantity to be processed in the next operation is determined with the quantity processed in the previous operation in sub-sequential production operations.

The operation completion window is used to specify the usage and scrap quantities of an operation. Then the raw material usage and scraps in the related work order is determined using "Calculate" option located in the right mouse button/F9 menu. The slips are generated by pressing on "Complete Operation" button after this transaction. The value to be entered on the actual usage field specifies the input quantity for the next operation. The usage quantity here is the main product quantity to be produced from the outputs of this operation. The raw materials to be used according to the BOM in order to produce the usage quantity for the main product are determined using "Calculate" option, and the material slips are generated accordingly.

Raw material usage quantities can be changed by the user once they are calculated. These changes do not affect the actual usage and scrap quantity fields and therefore the quantity of materials to be processed in the next operation.
The main product material class is specified on the material class details window located in the F9/right mouse button menu of actual usage and scrap quantities. When Material Table located in F9 menu is opened to enter the actual quantity for the material class with table, the relevant quantity information entered in the material table while giving the production order is transferred to this window automatically. When this window opens, the default material table values are listed, and Times Increment (Column/Line) option located in the right mouse button menu is used to increase the quantities.

The operation completion can be performed when the status of the work order is "continuing", "completed" or "stopped". If the status of the work order changes from "in process" to "not started", the operation completion records and the resulting material slips are deleted and their connections are removed according to the user's request.

Operation Completion (Undo): This operation is accessed using "Operation Completion (Undo)" option located in the F9/right mouse button menu of work orders for which operation completion is performed. The most recent completed transactions are processed. If operation completion is performed for the next work order, the operation completion for the previous work order can not be undone.

When the Undo transaction is actively used, all material slips and operation completion records generated through operation completion are deleted.

The following information is displayed on the Operation Completion window:

...

Production Quantity: The production quantity specified on the BOM for the product.

Production Order Slip No: The number of the Production Order slip to which the Work Order is related.

...

Work Order Planned Start/End Date: The planned start and end dates of the work order; can not be changed.

Actual Usage Quantity: The actual usage quantity for the related operation.

The value to be entered on the actual usage field specifies the input quantity for the next operation.

The usage quantity here is the main product quantity to be produced from the outputs of this operation.

...

Actual Usage Quantity: The actual usage quantity of the previous operation.

Actual Usage Quantity: The actual usage quantity of the previous operation.

Material Slips: The material slips issued to realize the actual usage, scrap and input from production material quantities after the operation.

This is similar to the production order actual quantity entry window. Material slips generated after operation completion can be displayed on the material management section.
