The options and functions of the Management menu are:

Terminals: Each computer used to run the business automation system and related applications or used as Gateway and Remote Access Servers is considered a terminal. Definitions of such computers are recorded using the Terminals menu option.

Roles: The menu option used to define user roles.

Groups: The menu option used to define user groups and group authorizations.

Users: The menu option used to define users working at terminals. This option is used to determine related groups and authorizations in addition to user definitions.

Companies: The menu option used to define the following information of companies.

  • Divisions
  • Departments
  • Warehouses
  • Plants
  • Working Periods

Company Definition Wizard: Used to generate firms, periods, warehouses, users and terminals by help of a wizard step by step.

Data Processing Sites: The option used to record data processing site definitions.

Organization Charts: The menu option used to record position definitions that constitute the organizational structure of the company.

Document Management System Connections: The option used to record document management-related access and record information.

Web Service Connections: The option used to record web service connection addresses.

Web Page Definitions: Used to design web pages for the firms.

Other Definitions: The menu option used to generate log files and to perform related transactions.
Record Numbering: The option used to define company specific numbering templates used to assign slip numbers to transactions performed in the LOGO application.

Budget Management Settings: Used to generate budget management settings.

General Table Management: The option used to generate tables used in application sections.
