Work hours to be applied to workstations (groups) and employees (groups) are recorded using Shifts option located in the Main Records menu of the Resource Management section. The functions of the buttons and right mouse button options of the Shifts list are:
| New | Used to create a new shift. |
| Update | Used to modify the shift information. |
| Delete | Used to delete the shift. This option becomes active only when the cards with passive status are selected. |
| View | Used to view the shift information without making changes. |
| Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. Provides ease of use by allowing fast data entry. |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected sectors in batch. This option becomes active only when the cards with passive status are selected. |
| Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. |
Refresh | Used to refresh the shifts list. |
