The menu option which is used to list the sent and incoming messages about informing the users about tasks, etc and to create and send a new message to the related users.
The fields and functions of the messages window are:
From: The name of the sender.
To: The name of the receiver.
Subject: The subject of the message to be sent.
Priority: Used to determine the importance degree of the message. Importance field contains, Low (gray), Normal (black) and High (red) options.
Related messages are listed at Messages part (at bottom - right corner of the screen) by double clicking on Sent / Received lines. When a new message is received, the user is warned with the message sign appears at the screen.
