User: The responsible user for the approval or task.
In the event of selecting a workflow role when no user is selected at "User Code" field, it will be enough when one of the users of the workflow role completes the task for the related level. If both of them are specified (role and user), only the selected user from the role must complete the task. At least one of the "Workflow Role" or "User Code" field must be filled. When a workflow role is entered at "User Code" field you can only select a user who belongs to the related role.

Defining Condition for Order Quantity
A condition can be defined for an order quantity. ORFSHPCLC function is used for that which is located at functions part.
Return Type Values:
1. Order Quantities
2. Delivered Order Quantity
3. Remaining Quantity
Conditions can be defined with this function at workflow cards' general info and starting conditions tabs according to order quantity and workflow assignments can be performed accordingly.
This function works for all saving, updating, deleting and copying transactions which are performed from order, dispatch and invoice windows.
Promotion and mixed case lines are not taken into consideration when calculating order quantities.
Example:
At Workflow card General Info page's Condition field, for _ORFSHPCLC ("AS-0000000000001","2")>=100 defined condition line;
When AS-0000000000001 numbered order's delivered quantity is equal to 100 or greater than 100, a new task card is generated for the user. If not, although the assignment is done, the task card is not generated.
If same condition has been defined at Condition field of start condition tab,
If AS-0000000000001 numbered order's delivered quantity is 100 or greater than 100, a new task is assigned to user and task card is generated. If order's delivered quantity is less than 100, no assignment is done.
Task Type: The type which has been specified at workflow card for the tasks come from workflow. Contains Approval, OTP Approval (In case of using Turkcell Services) and Other options. If OTP Approval is selected, when "Actualize Task" button is clicked in task window, the task's approval code is sent to user's mobile phone.
The approval code in received message is entered within specified time, "OK" button is clicked and the task is actualized.
