The option is used to record the sector definitions and general information. The option is located in the Sales &Distribution Proposal Management System menu of the Sales and Distribution sectionDistribution module.
The buttons located at the bottom of the Sectors/Industries window and the options and functions in the right mouse button menu of the Sectors/Industries window are as follows:
| New | Used to define a new sector. |
| Update | Used to modify sector information. |
| View | Used to view the sector without making changes. |
| Delete | Used to delete the sector definition. |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected sectors in batch. |
| Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. This button provides fast data entry. |
Search |
Find
Used to search a record according to the provided code or description. |
Number of Records | Displays the number of recorded cards. |
| Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Refresh | Used to refresh the sectors list. |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. |
