The sales activity option used to record the contract information after the sales is performed. The contract information can be recorded from the Sales Activities list or through the approved proposals. If the operation is performed through the approved proposals, Contract option located in the right mouse button menu of the sales activities list is used.
The contract activity can be added for opportunities for which contract is selected in the status info field. Contract option located in the Sales Activities is used to record the contract information through the access tree. The contract is recorded in the following tabs of the contract accessed by clicking on "New" button.

Send | Used to send contracts to the related AR/AP. |
Multiple Send | Used to send contracts to the related AR/AP in batch. |

Change Salesperson | Used to change the Salesperson info related with the contract. |
Approval Info | Used to determine contracts' approval status. |
Order | Used to generate order slip through "approved" status contracts. |
Workflow History | Used to list the tasks that are defined and completed in the Workflow Management Module for contract records. |
| Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Number of Records | Displays contract records by type, and with total numbers. |
Refresh | Used to display the current status of the contracts window. |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. |
