Services Sales menu option is located under the Main Records menu of the Sales and Distribution

module.
The menu options and functions available in the Services Sales browser are as follows:
| New | Used to generate a new service. |
| Update | Used to update the Service information. |
| Delete | Used to delete the Service. |
| View | Used to view the Service without making changes. |
| Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected services in batch. This option becomes active only when the cards with the Passive status are selected. | |
| Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Database Extensions | Used for additional information forms to be defined by the user. | |
Services Sale | Used to list the monthly totals of the service sales information. | |
| Arrange Hierarchy Codes | Used to arrange the services by hierarchy of the selection in Sales Management Parameters or by the codes. | |
| Show Group Tree | Used to list the Services on the group tree. It provides easy access to the groups and group members. | |
| Transactions | Used to list the transactions of the selected service. |
Order Transactions | Used to list the order transactions of the selected service. | |
F. Currency Totals | Used to list the Service totals in transaction currency and reporting currency. | |
Warehouses | Used to view the warehouse summary of the Service such as services, orders and shipments. | |
Status | Used to list the service summary of all warehouses with their quantity and amount totals. | |
Extract | Used to list the Service Transactions with their Slip Info, total amount and amount information. | |
Refresh | Used to refresh the services list. | |
Number of Records | Used to display the number of recorded cards. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the module. | |
Search | Used to access the record of which the code or description is provided in the service sales list. | |
| Filter | Used to access the service sales according to the filter status specified in the service sales list. |
Create Shortcut | Used to create shortcuts of the records. | |
Send Shortcut | Used to send the created shortcuts to related users through e-mail. |
