Additional fixed assets, which are related to the asset, are recorded using Additional Fixed Asset Definitions option located under the Attached Records menu of the relevant Assets browser.
The related icons and the options of the Attached Records, Info and right click menu are used to make new definitions or to modify existing definitions.
| New | Used to define a new additional fixed asset. |
| Update | Used to modify additional fixed asset information. |
| Delete | Used to delete additional fixed asset definitions one by one or collectively. |
| View | Used to view definition information. |
| Copy | Copies the selected record. It is used for quick data entry. |
Refresh | Used to refresh the additional fixed asset definitions browser. |
Number of Records | Displays the total number of records on the additional fixed asset definitions browser. | |

Used to print the additional fixed asset information on the label form. |

Depreciation Table | The option used to generate the depreciation table and to perform valuation transactions. |
Depreciation Table (Alternative) | The option used to generate the alternative depreciation table and to perform valuation transactions. |
