1.Allocation from Use to Use

In this case, the actual end date of the resource usage transaction that is related to the previous allocation transaction is updated as the allocation date and time. A new actual resource usage record is generated for the new usage.

2.Allocation from Use to Free

In this case, a resource usage record is generated for the new allocation transaction. The start date and time is saved as the allocation date and time. (It applies to the asset and asset parts.) 
If the relevant asset category is Equipment, Transport Vehicle or Real Estate, current allocation point information is updated along with all asset parts of all categories. 
If the relevant asset category is "Other", it is checked whether all quantity in warehouse is in the warehouse is allocated. 

  1. If all quantity is allocated, the current allocation point is deleted, and a new one is generated.
  2. If it is partially allocated, quantity info of the current allocation point is updated for the relevant warehouse, and a new current allocation point record is generated for the new allocation.
