Assets that will belong the group are recorded under the Group Members tab in the Asset Group window. Each asset within the group is recorded on a separate line.
Code | The code of the asset that is added to the group. The browse (…) button opens the Assets browser that will list the existing assets of the group category (real estate, equipment, transport vehicle, other asset). Select the assets you want to add to the group definition. |
Description | The description of the asset that is added to the group. When you enter in the Code field, the description is filled automatically. However, you can also select the assets from Description field. |
Type | The type information designated in the asset definition. It cannot be changed. |
Characteristic Transfer | Used to transfer asset group characteristics to the group members. Transferred characteristics can be viewed from the Characteristics tab of asset definition card. |
