In Logo Application, received and issued collaterals are recorded in connection with the related works and transactions; checks/promissory notes issued as collateral, pledged securities, mortgages and other collaterals and commission payments are tracked in real time.
Collaterals are divided in two groups: customer collaterals and company collaterals. Customer Collaterals are collaterals received from the supplier. Company Collaterals cover the collaterals issued to customers.
The Customer Collaterals and Issued Collaterals are recorded using the Collateral Slips option, and status changes are recorded by selecting the record type using the Collateral Transaction Slips. This option is located under the Transactions menu of the Finance section.
Customer and company collaterals recorded using Collateral Slips are accessed using the Collateral Cards option located under the Definitions menu. Collateral information can be modified and printed using the Collateral Cards option.

| View | Used to view the collateral. The information displayed using this option cannot be changed. |
Find | Used to find records those match the required number or date on the Collaterals window sorted by number or date. Once the process is started by entering the number or date, the cursor will point to the first record matching such number or date. |
| Record Information | Displays the time and the user of the first registry and the last modification of the record. |
| Filter | Used to display the Collaterals list with the records matching the requested characteristics. |
Used to print the collateral. |
Database Extensions | Used to display additional fields defined by the user for collaterals on Logo Object Design. |
Number of Records | List the total number of records and the number by card type on the Collaterals list |
Refresh | Used to display the Collaterals list with the latest record information. |
Back to Defaults | Displays the Collaterals list with the predefined sizes. |
