Master Production Scheduling (MPS) performs a backward calculation by processing Production / Order Dates for daily requirements, and determines Production / Order Dates and quantities. Once results are recorded, Proposal Slips are automatically generated by the LOGO application for related Production / Order Dates and quantities. Generated proposal slips are displayed on the Production Planning Proposals window located in the Transactions menu of the Planning section.
Slip information displayed on the Production Planning Proposals window cannot be changed, and slips cannot be added through this window.
"Approve" option located in the right mouse button menu is used to approve slips with Proposal status.
The Proposed Orders and Production Orders Realization option located in the right mouse button menu is used to deliver approved proposals.
