Workstations with same characteristics are grouped together to establish workstation groups. Workstation group definitions are recorded using Workstation Groups option located in the Main Records menu of the Resource Management sectionManagement module. The options and functions of the Workstation Groups menu are:

Used to delete the workstation group information. This option becomes active only when the cards with passive status are selected.

Copy

Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. Provides ease of use by allowing fast data entry.

 


Database Extensions

Used for user-defined forms.

 


Multiple Delete

Used to delete the selected sectors in batch. This option becomes active only when the cards with passive status are selected.

 


Generate Workstation

Used to generate workstations automatically with similar characteristics related to the workstation group.

 


Shifts

Used to assign shifts to the workstation group.

 


Print (Label)

Used to print workstation group information on label form.

 


Print (Letter)

Used to print workstation group information on letter form.

Record Information

Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions.

 


Number of Records

Displays the number of recorded cards.

 


Refresh

Used to refresh the workstation groups list.

Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application.
