The Payment Table option is located under the Attached Records menu of the Price Proposals window.
In payment table, payment start date, installment number and period, interest rate, VAT rate and down payment amount information is entered for the price proposal.
After entering necessary fields in Payment Table, the "Generate Payment Table" option located under the Operations menu is clicked to generate payment table lines.
The following information is provided in the Payment Table window.

Payment Start Date: Payment Start Date is the start date of rent payments of leasing contract. Rent payments are generated according to this date and period info. The start date of leasing record appears by default. This date can be changed, however the new date cannot be an earlier date than the Rent Start Date. If the payment start date and rent start date are different, then interest is calculated for capital-down payment amount over the interest calculation parameter value.
Rent Start Date: Rent Start Date value is the start date of leasing record, and it cannot be changed. When payment plan is calculated using the "Generate Payment Table" option, this date is transferred to the down-payment line by default, and it can be changed when required.
Interest % (Yearly): Interest rate for leasing.
Number of Installments: The number of leasing rent payment installments.
VAT Rate: VAT rate over which leasing rents will be paid.
Interest Type: While generating payment table, installments can be generated by selecting Compound or Simple Interest types.
If the "Simple Interest" option is selected, installment amounts are calculated by simple interest calculation method. When the payment start date changes, interest is calculated for the period between Leasing Start Date and Rent Start Date, and installment amounts are generated accordingly.
After changing the interest rate, amounts are calculated by using the Generate Payment Table option in Operations menu.
Period: Indicates the relevant period in which leasing rent payments are made. It lists the Daily, Monthly and Yearly options.
Down Payment Amount: Indicates the down-payment amount of leasing transaction.

Example:
The company X rents a device that cost 50.000 TRY to produce to the company Y.

Rent Duration: 5 years
