The option used to record parameters to be applied when the Cost Accounting feature is used. The option is located in the Definitions menu of the Administration Section. The defaults, parameters and functions of the Cost Accounting Parameters window are:

In Cost Accounting

The default cost used in cost accounting. This parameter
contains the following options:

  • Actual Costs Will be Used
  • Planned Costs Will be Used


    When "Actual Costs Will be Used" is selected, actual costs are used for cost accounting.

    When "Planned Costs Will be Used" is selected, planned costs are used for cost accounting.

Actual Overhead Allocation when Capacity Driver is Quantity

In offset overhead incurring operation, in the event of selecting capacity driver as "quantity", whether the production input slip quantity will be calculated by main unit or by transaction unit is determined by this parameter.
