The persons to be contacted for meetings and interviews with the customers are specified in the window accessed by clicking on "New" button. The information recorded in this section and the functions are as follows:

Name: The name of the person.

Second Name: The middle name of the person.

Surname: The surname of the person.

Profession: The profession of the person.

Title: The title of the person.

Category: Indicates the category of the person. The category definitions for contacts are listed, and the contact's category is specified.

Aux. Code: The aux. code of the contact. This field is used for reporting purposes.

Authorization Code: The authorization code of the contact.

The other information of the contact is recorded in the Communication and Special Days tabs. 

Communication
The contact's address, zip code, phone, fax and Internet address, and the contact persons are recorded in the fields of this tab.

Special Days
Special days such as the contact's birthday, wedding anniversary are recorded in the Special Days tab.
