Code: The code of the distribution route.
Description: The name or the description of the routing definition.
Status: Indicates whether or not the distribution route is used. This field has two options: Active and Passive. When active is selected, the distribution route can be used in delivery transactions. When passive is selected, the distribution route cannot be used in delivery transactions.
Aux. Code: A code field of 10 characters used to group the distribution routes. This field is not mandatory; it can also be used to process information not contained on the slip. The aux. code is typically used to group the distribution routes by company specific criteria.
Auth. Code: This field can contain up to 10 alphanumeric characters, and is used to define authorizations on a per record basis. This field is not mandatory.
In the LOGO application, each user may be authorized to access different records depending on the job definitions. Planning must be the first step in order to define authorizations by record. First the records that the users or user groups can access are specified. Then separate authorization codes are assigned to records accessible by each authorization group. The records are encrypted according to the information provided in this field so that only the users who log in with the specified authorization code can access and process the records.
The route lines are used to specify the settlement areas that the distribution vehicle will visit, and the starting point of distribution.
Start District Code / Start District Description: Indicates the first district to be visited by the distribution vehicle. The starting distribution district is selected by clicking on Country, City, Town and District options respectively in Address Info window accessed by pressing the F10 key or clicking on "..." icon. These definitions are recorded using the options located under the Organization Info menu of the Administration section.
End District Code / End District Description: Indicates the last district to be visited by the distribution vehicle. The starting distribution district is selected by clicking on Country, City, Town and District options respectively in Address Info window accessed by pressing the F10 key or clicking on "..." icon.
The address information of the Start section is accessed and selected through the Country. The selected address cannot be altered. The address information of the End section is accessed and selected through the Country. However, the Country, City and Town information of the address to be selected in the End District Code section must be the same with the Start District Code. Otherwise the user is warned, and the data entry is not allowed.
In the LOGO application, the same address information should not be repeated while a selection is made from the defined addresses. Assuming that the existing address definitions are as below, the application warns the user when the TR-IST-Kadiköy-Moda address is selected in the second line.

  1. TR - 34 İST - 01 Kadıköy - 01 Bahariye
  2. TR - 34 İST - 01 Kadıköy - 02 Moda
  3. TR - 34 İST - 01 Kadıköy - 03 Yeldeğirmeni

Salesperson Code / Salesperson Description: The code and name of the salesperson performing the distribution. The defined salespersons are listed, and a selection is made and transferred into the fields.
The information of each settlement unit to be visited by the distribution vehicle is recorded in a separate line. The card containing the route information is saved by clicking on "Save" button or pressing the F2 key.
