The option is used to track all sales activities of the company, and to record the sales opportunities and detailed customer information. The option is located in the Sales&Distribution Proposal Management System menu of the Sales and Distribution section module. All sales opportunities and activities can be accessed from the Sales Activities window regardless of the salesperson reference.
The Sales Activities window containing the company's general sales opportunities and activities consist of the following sections:

  • Customers
  • Agenda
  • Address Book


Customers: The option used to specify the customers for whom the sales activities and opportunities will be recorded. All defined customers are listed when the customers option is clicked.
Agenda: The option allowing the salespersons to plan their time schedules. The date to be scheduled is specified on the Calendar pane of the window.
Address Book: The option providing access to the Contacts list recorded on the Customers/Groups option, and the special day information.
Sales Opportunities: The information about potential sales is recorded in the sales opportunities section. The information of each planned sales is recorded on a separate card.
Sales Activities: The option used to record the activities performed before the sales transaction in detail.
