Promotion is a detailed discount. The discount is applied by providing the same material or any other material free of charge instead of decreasing the price. The quantity of the promotion material to be provided can be determined with a simple calculation or with a complex calculation depending on the sales amount and sales quantity or the sales quantity and sales amount realized within a given time range. The record is located in the Main Records menu of the Sales and Distribution section.
Sales promotions list is used to list the recorded promotions. The menu options and functions used in the Sales Promotions window:
New | Used to generate a new promotion record. | |
Update | Used to make modifications for the promotion information. | |
Delete | Used to delete the Promotion. | |
View | Used to view the Promotion without making changes. | |
Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. | |
Database Extensions | Used for user-defined forms. | |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected promotions in batch. This option becomes active only when the cards with the passive status are selected. | |
Search | Used to search a record according to the provided code or description. | |
Filter | Used to display the records matching the filter conditions specified in the sales promotions list. | |
Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. | |
Number of Records | Displays the number of recorded cards. | |
Refresh | Used to refresh the sales promotions list. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. | |
Create Shortcut | Used to create shortcuts of the records. | |
Send Shortcut | Used to send the created shortcuts to related users. |
