Logo Portal: 

The Logo Portal is a platform designed for our customers and business partners in the Logo ecosystem.

In this platform:

  • You can view and update your company and personal information.

  • You can track support notifications.

  • If you have an active support agreement, you can submit new support notifications.

  • You can view your products along with their versions and LEM statuses.

  • You can access details about your products.

  • You can authorize Logo registered personnel for Logo Portal modules.

  • If you are a Logo business partner, in addition to the above features;

    • You can view your customers' products along with their versions and LEM statuses.

    • You can open support tickets on behalf of your customers and access the latest status of the support notifications you have opened.

    • You can view your financial transactions with Logo.

    • You can make payments with virtual POS.

    • You can perform LEM calculations for your customers' products.

Who can become a member of Logo Portal?

Logo partners and Logo customers can become members of Logo Portal.

How to create an account on Logo Portal?

An account is created on Logo Portal in two steps.

Different steps are taken based on the registered information of the staff who want to create an account with Logo Software.

Relevant details are mentioned under this heading.

When creating a Logo Portal Account, some information will be requested from you.

By providing accurate information, you can ensure the security of your account and make our services more convenient for you.


1. Step: After clicking the "Create Account" button, enter your tax identification number or, if you are a sole proprietorship, your TR ID number or your valid main package license key from Logo Software, and click the next button.

Tip: Only Logo Software customers and partners can create an account.

Tip: If a product connected to the Logo Cloud platform (such as Logo İşbaşı, Logo Payroll, etc.) has been purchased with the same email, you can log in with the same information, there is no need to create an account.

2. Step: Enter your registered email address with Logo and a strong password of your choice. After accepting the user agreement, click on the "Create Account" button.

Tip: The company name registered with Logo will be displayed in a masked form.

Tip: The guideline below the password box shows how strong your password is. A STRONG password is recommended to be at least 8 characters long and consists of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as ., % &, etc.).

Controls and process

After completing the account creation steps, you need to go through some confirmation steps for the security of your information. 

In order to use Logo Portal, the following actions must be performed:
  • **If you are not in Logo records, an e-mail "Adding Personnel Information" will be sent to you and you will be asked to complete your missing information. After performing this step, the following steps are executed.
  • If you are a company administrator in Logo records:
    :
    • A "User Activation" email will be sent. You can activate your account and start using Logo Portal by clicking the "Activate" button in the e-mail.
  • If you are not a company administrator in Logo records:
    • A "User Information Confirmation" e-mail is sent to your company administrator .
    • Your company administrator must click the "View Information" button in the e-mail and log in to Logo Portal and approve your account.
    • After your company administrator approves your information through Logo Portal, a "User Activation" e-mail will be sent to you. You can activate your account and start using Logo Portal by clicking the "Activate" button in the email.


Tip: If you think your company representative is incorrect during the account creation process, an "Authorized Person Change" email will be sent to you.

By following the instructions in the email, you can request a change of authorized person.

Your company representative information will be updated by contacting you.


 Frequently asked questions

I cannot complete the first step in the Account Creation process

  1. If you are not a Logo Software customer or partner, this step cannot be completed. For detailed information about Logo Software and its products, you can visit https://www.logo.com.tr/.

  2. Make sure your 10-digit tax number, 11-digit TC identification number, or 26-digit product key (if you are an individual customer) is written without spaces or special characters in between in the Account Creation process.

I cannot complete the second step in the Account Creation process

  1. Check the accuracy of your email address.

  2. Please make sure to approve the user agreement.

  3. Make sure to enter a valid password.

  4. There may be a previous account creation request for the same email address, and the process may not be completed (See: Controls and process).

  5. If a product related to the Logo Cloud platform (such as Logo İşbaşı, Logo Payroll, etc.) has been purchased with the same email, you can log in with the same information. Creating an account is not necessary.

  6. If there is a record in the Logo database with different information from the one you provided in Step 1, Step 2 will not be completed (For example: If you have a record as an employee of XYZ Company, but you want to create an account with the tax number of ABC Company, you will be notified).

I have completed the account creation steps but I cannot log into the system.

  1. If you are not authorized, make sure your company administrator approves your account.

  2. Make sure you have activated your account with the "User Activation" email sent.

  3. If you have not activated your account or if your company administrator has not approved it, the system will send you an email again when you try to log in.
