The report option used to list debit and credit totals, and to display the last status. The report is located in the Other Reports menu of the Finance section. The filter options are:

"Orders", "Inventory Transactions", "Invoices", "AR/AP Transactions", "Checks / P. Notes", "Bank Transactions" and " Safe Deposit Transactions" filter lines are used to determine which transactions the general summary report will comprise.

General summary report can be taken over local currency or reporting currency.

The report may contain all the divisions / departments of the related company or can be taken for only specific divisions / departments by using related filter lines.
